Not every brand deal runs through NewWave. Deals lets you keep those in one place too: the brand, which of your accounts post for it, the pay terms you agreed, and the posts that count. NewWave then projects what each post has earned so far from its current views.
NewWave does not pay these deals. The numbers are projections from the terms you entered and the views NewWave can see; the brand pays you on its own schedule. Campaigns you join on NewWave are tracked on the Payments page instead.

Recording a deal

Open Deals in the sidebar and choose Add deal.
1

Brand and accounts

Name the brand and tick which of your linked TikTok or Instagram accounts post for it. A deal can span several accounts. If a handle is missing, add it on your profile first.
2

Pay terms

Enter the terms from your contract with the same editor brands use on NewWave: a flat fee per video, a rate per thousand views with a cap, or view tiers that step up as a video grows. Add a warm-up amount if the contract pays a smaller fixed fee for early videos.
3

Dates and notes

Optional start and end dates, and any notes for yourself.

Attaching posts

Open the deal and choose Add posts. NewWave lists the posts on the deal’s accounts that are not already on another active deal, newest first, starting from the deal’s start date. Tick the ones that belong to this deal. Mark them as warm-up posts if the contract treats them that way.
Posts are attached by hand on purpose: your organic posts and other brands’ deals live on the same accounts, and only you know which post belongs to which contract.

Reading the numbers

Each post shows its latest views, likes and comments and the amount the deal’s terms project for those views. The deal total is the sum of its posts, and the Deals page rolls up every active deal. Views refresh once a day; the projection moves with them. Archive a deal when it is done. Archived deals disappear from the list and their posts are kept.
