A mentor org is a team of people who coach creators. When one invites you, you decide which campaigns to share. Mentors see how those campaigns are going, including credited and expected earnings, and can open a read-only view of each one exactly as you see it.
Mentors never see your payout details, tax forms, statements, wallet, messages, or account settings, and they cannot act on your behalf. Sharing is per campaign and you can change it or stop at any time.

Accepting an invitation

  1. The invitation arrives by email (and in your notifications if you already have an account). Open the link.
  2. If you do not have a NewWave account yet, you sign up first, then land back on the invitation.
  3. Choose Accept, then tick the campaigns you want to share. You can accept without sharing anything yet.
Only campaigns you have signed can be shared, including ones you have since left, so your mentor can see the full history.

Changing what you share

Open Settings from the sidebar and choose Mentors. Each mentor org shows how many campaigns you share with it.
  • Edit changes the set. Removing a campaign takes effect right away and ends any view a mentor has open.
  • Stop sharing ends the mentorship. The org loses access immediately; they can invite you again later.

What a mentor sees

For each campaign you share:
  • Published videos and total views
  • Credited earnings and what is still expected
  • A read-only view of your campaign workspace: brief, scripts, submissions, review feedback, and settlement
A mentor’s view lasts an hour at a time, and every view is logged for the org. Anything you have not shared, and everything outside campaigns, stays private.
