Before you write a brief, it helps to see what’s already working: the Trending Pool is a browsable, searchable library of trending UGC short-videos you can use for inspiration — and save straight onto a campaign as a reference.

Why it’s useful

Great briefs start from proven examples. Instead of describing a hook in the abstract, you can find videos that already landed it, watch how they’re paced, and hand creators a concrete reference. The pool is mostly real organic short-form content, so you’re studying formats that earned views in the wild — not mockups.

Find proven hooks

See the openings, formats, and styles that are pulling views right now, so your brief points creators at something that already works.

Brief with references

Save a video to a campaign’s content bank and creators get a concrete “make something like this” instead of a paragraph.

Browsing the pool

Open Explore videos from the brand sidebar. You’ll see a grid of vertical video tiles, each showing its thumbnail, view count, and how long ago it was posted. Scroll and more load automatically.
1

Search by what you mean, not just keywords

The search box (“Search by brand, style, or description…”) does semantic search — type a vibe, a product angle, or a hook idea (for example, “unboxing surprise reveal” or “before-and-after skincare”) and the pool returns videos that match the meaning, not just the exact words.
2

Narrow with filters

Three filter chips sit under the search box:
3

Open a video to study it

Click any tile to open the full detail view — the video plays right there (tap the speaker to unmute), alongside its views, likes, and comments, the creator’s handle, and the post’s description. Use the open-on-platform link to view the original post.
If the grid is empty, the pool simply hasn’t surfaced videos for your search yet — try a broader query or clear your filters. New videos are added to the pool automatically, on a recurring basis.
Found one video you like? The detail view does the digging for you. Alongside the player, two lists surface more videos worth a look:

Similar Hook

Other videos that open with the same kind of hook — the fastest way to see how a format plays out across different creators and products.

Same Industry

Videos from the same industry or product space, for broader context on what’s working in your category.
Click any related video to jump to it and keep exploring — the detail view also lists the promoted brands featured in the video, so you can spot who else is running this format.

Saving a video as a reference

When a video is worth handing to creators, save it to a campaign. The saved video lands in that campaign’s content bank of references, so creators can see it when they work on the brief. There are two ways in, depending on where you started:
If you opened the pool from a campaign (via its Explore trending pool link), each tile shows an Add button on hover, and the header reminds you which campaign you’re adding to. One click saves the video; tiles already saved to that campaign show a green In pool badge so you don’t add the same one twice.
Save a small, sharp set of references rather than everything that catches your eye. A few clearly-chosen examples give creators a stronger signal than a wall of “kind of like this.”

How it connects to your campaigns

Saved videos become brief references — part of what creators see when they open a campaign. The Trending Pool is the front half of the briefing loop:
1

Find formats that work

Search and browse the pool, study hooks, and follow related videos until you’ve got a clear idea of what you want made.
2

Save the best as references

Add the strongest examples to the campaign’s content bank.
3

Write the brief around them

Point your campaign brief at those references so creators know exactly what “good” looks like before they start filming.
References are inspiration, not contracts — they guide the work without locking creators into copying anything frame-for-frame.
